Are you struggling with...
Learning
Are you watching the course but struggling to understand exactly what to do in your own situation?
Applying
Do you intellectually know what to do but can't seem to apply it when anxiety hits?
Compulsions
Do you feel like you're doing all the right things but still not making progress?
You're Not Alone!
This is SO common in the OCD recovery journey — and the problem probably isn't you. More often than not, it's a compulsion that's quietly taken hold again. The good news? That's a fairly easy fix once you can see it.
Here are some common examples...
Trying to 'Get Rid of It'
You may still be trying to get rid of the thoughts, feelings, or OCD itself. This becomes a compulsion that's working against you.
Doing It Perfectly
If you're trying to do recovery perfectly, urgently, or 'right,' and this is also a compulsion — it will actually slow you down.
Doing Too Much
Are you reading other books, listening to other coaches, or trying multiple approaches at once? You can't do recovery well if you're going in different directions.

What if my OCD or situation is different?
It's not! OCD is nicknamed "the doubting disorder" for a reason. People with OCD tend to doubt whether or not they have OCD, or get caught up in "my situation is different" thoughts. This is just OCD's way of keeping you stuck in the cycle.
Every single person who's come to me with these doubts eventually sees this as they stop letting doubt keep them compulsively doing compulsions or avoiding the recovery work.
Don't let your negative thinking and doubt keep you stuck or avoiding (giving up)!
