It helped put what my husband is going through into perspective while still acknowledging that I am dealing with it also. My biggest take away is that I contribute to the ROCD problem by helping fuel the compulsions at times and trying to rationalize with the ROCD. Since watching the course, I have been very conscious about not adding fuel to the fire and have stopped trying to rationalize with it.
