Label Your Obsessions
Once you determine what your brain wants to obsess about, whether it's a general topic like your health or your relationship, or more specific like "my feelings" or "the door locks," note the obsession. Then, take that obsession COMPLETELY off the table in your head. Stop thinking about it at all! Try this for the next 3 weeks.
