Daily Gratitude

Spending a short time reviewing your day for all the things you're grateful for or did right is a great way to shift your thinking from not good enough to today was a pretty good day! Each night, spend 5 minutes before you go to bed reviewing what went well or you did well, big or small and really sit with the positives. I promise you, there are a lot there beneath it all!
