You can feel calm, confident, and in control of your own mind again, without hours lost to compulsions, reassurance-seeking, or mental rituals. The Path is the ongoing, guided support that gets you there, built by a coach who found her own way out first.
I know exactly what you're going through.
Constant checking and reassurance-seeking
Googling symptoms, asking loved ones the same question again, replaying conversations, anything to feel certain for a moment.
Intrusive thoughts you can't say out loud
Disturbing thoughts and images that feel impossibly real, and the shame of believing they mean something about you or your future.
Mental rituals that never finish the job
Reviewing, analyzing, scanning your body or your feelings, trying to think your way to certainty that never actually comes.
Avoidance that's shrinking your life
Consciously or unconsciously avoiding people, places, or decisions that might trigger discomfort or compulsions, and losing more of your life to it every week.
Here's the truth: every time you do a compulsion, you feed the OCD cycle, and you CAN stop them. The Path teaches you how.
"I didn't know that compulsions were a problem... I am doing a lot less compulsions. I am already a lot more peaceful, even after just six weeks."
The coach who's been where you are.
I spent years stuck in my own OCD loops, relationship doubt, harm thoughts, hyper-focusing on sensations, the need for everything to feel "just right". I recovered, then combined my background in Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis with everything I learned getting free to build The REAL Method™. The Path is the program that teaches you that method and what has kept me in the recovery stage since 2021.
"I don't just teach longer-lasting recovery. I live it."
You didn't fail at recovery. What you tried had gaps.
If you've read the books, watched the videos, or even done ERP therapy and you're still stuck, it's not because you're the exception. Most people were never shown the full picture. These are the gaps I see over and over.
Knowing ERP isn’t the same as doing it
A book or video can explain exposure and response prevention, but it can’t show you how to apply it to your thoughts, in your life, when the anxiety hits.
Not all ERP training is equal
Some therapists are deeply trained in OCD. Others aren’t. If you only tried talk therapy, or your ERP sessions stalled at some point, I can help you figure out how to fix it.
Hidden compulsions keep the cycle alive
Most people stop the obvious compulsions and miss the sneaky mental ones. If even a few go unidentified, OCD keeps getting fed.
No one shows you how to stay free
Feeling better isn’t the finish line. Few programs teach what the recovery stage is and how to stay there, so setbacks feel like starting over.
I hit every one of these gaps in my own recovery and had to figure them out alone. The Path closes them for you.
See how it worksEverything you need to break the cycle, in one place.
The Path isn't a course you finish once and shelve. It's the ongoing support that keeps you free, week after week.

Finally stopping the sneaky compulsions
"I've done another course but I was getting stuck on the sneaky compulsions. I was struggling on stopping those... What I liked most about this program was the practical tips and strategies for managing OCD. Take the leap and you won't regret it!"
Now in the recovery stage
"I went to ERP therapy for my harm OCD and while it was helpful, this program helped me so much more. It taught me things that my therapist didn't and I am now in the recovery stage."
Present with my family again
"I was in turmoil... afraid to be near my son because of harm thoughts. The biggest gift Danielle has given me is the knowledge... Most of all I have hope, feel some relief and I'm present with my son and partner."
A turning point after years of therapy
"Danielle's program was a turning point to my life and for the first time in my life, after years of therapy, I could feel more peace in my life... I don't have so much anxiety, I know more how to deal with it. I don't feel lost in my fear."
From a 10 to a 2 in under 3 months
"I have been working with 4 psychologists and 2 psychiatrists for more than 3 years and I have not made the same progress with any of them as I have with Danielle and her programs in less than 3 months... my anxiety has already dropped from a 10 to a 2 or 3."
Structure that finally stuck
"Before signing up with Danielle, my approach to tackling OCD was all over the place... Danielle offers a very structured program and is always consistent in her approach. She knows the ins and outs of this condition better than anyone else I've ever met."

If you're consistent with the method, we're 100% confident you'll get results.
Join The Path, do what's suggested for 90 days. If you don't see results, we'll refund you 100%.
Everything you wanted to ask before joining.
Is this the same as therapy?
No, and that's by design. Therapy diagnoses and treats. The Path is action-oriented coaching, built specifically to teach you the OCD cycle and how to interrupt it.
What if my OCD theme isn't covered here?
OCD is OCD, regardless of theme. Perfectionism, decisions, harm, health, just-right, scrupulosity and more all run on the same cycle, so the method works the same way.
If you have Relationship OCD, The Path to Love is this program with extra ROCD lessons and you can join that here.
How much time does this take each week?
Most members spend 2-4 hours a week between the course, the live call, and community check-ins, though you can go at your own pace.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The Path is month-to-month with no contracts, cancel whenever you'd like. However, most people get the best results by staying long enough to master the skills and adopt the long-term recovery method & mindset.
What if it doesn't work for me?
We've never seen anyone stay consistent with the method for 90 days and not see results. But to give you peace of mind, if you do the work and don't see results in 90 days, we'll refund you 100%.
Do I need a diagnosis to join?
No formal diagnosis is required. If intrusive thoughts, doubt, or compulsions are running your day, The Path is built for you.
