Hey, my name is Danielle!
I help people break free from anxiety, OCD, and relationship challenges in a way that actually lasts. Based in Florida, I’ve guided hundreds of individuals across all OCD subsets to reach what I call Lifetime Recovery.
My work is deeply personal. I’ve lived with ROCD, harm OCD, health OCD, just-right OCD, and somatic OCD. I worked with multiple therapists, made progress, relapsed, and repeated the cycle more times than I can count. It wasn’t until I identified three missing pieces in my recovery that things truly shifted — and stayed that way.
Those discoveries led to the creation of The REAL Method — a simple, practical 4-part approach that builds on ERP and focuses on stopping the OCD cycle before it takes control.
With a degree in Psychology and work experience as a Applied Behavior Analyst, combined with lived experience and deep compassion, I now coach clients worldwide — including therapists who struggle with OCD themselves.
My mission is simple: to help you break free from fear, reclaim your peace, and build a life rooted in love, joy, and connection.
